Autoupdate slows down start up time #669

It seems on my system, Autoupdate noticeably slows down Raptor's starting up, 
especially when there is trouble connecting to a DNS sever. Perhaps it might be 
more efficient for Raptor to check for updates after the program has completely 
loaded instead of before.

I've tried to deal with it in version .98u3f6 Tell me if this helps.

Sorry for not getting back to you on this sooner.

Today I have reproduced the issue by setting my DNS server to a bad address and 
then running Raptor version .98u3f5 with Autoupdate enabled.

Then I ran version .98u3f6 and version .98u3f7 and they both started quickly 
despite Autoupdate not being able to connect to the internet. The issue is 
fixed and Raptor now starts at a speed that isn't dependant on the connection 
to the internet.
