Raptor Doesn't Load all saved PGN games #687

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click File/View My Saved Games
2. Likewise can Click File/Open PGN File select Raptor games
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The Raptor pgn viewer will not show all of the saved games. Raptor will take a 
very long time to load the game.  Then it will only show the first 40 or so 
games.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
what environment? Latest Stable Version: Raptor .98u3f5

Please provide any additional information below.

I have reproduced the error by saving the games to another pgn.  Recent games 
are saved on the Raptor file, however the pgn viewer/load will not load all of 
them them.
