Install 2018 RobotPy Software #14

2018 Software needs to be installed before any real software can be tested.

Make sure to download the 2018 National Instruments FRC update before attempting these steps.

Things that will need to be updated (in this order)...

  1. The Roborio image (from National Instruments)
  2. The Radio (from National Instruments)
  3. The RobotPy image on the Rio (from Robotpy)
  4. CTRE package on the Rio (for the talon SRX's)

Installation can be a headache so attempting this the earlier, the better
