Pact Of The Shroud Action Resource #266

Hoping to add an entry for a Resource Action icon for an upcoming mod. Not too familiar with github, so I hope I'm doing this right.

Pact of the Shroud.zip Here is the .pak (in a zip). From the look of the other pull requests, I think you need it to test?

Edit: Oh, right, how to see it. The mod is a Warlock Pact Boon named Pact of the Shroud. It grants an interrupt that uses this resource.

File extensions are .dds instead of .DDS: image Not working: 20240120153209_1 After renaming the default icon to .DDS: 20240120153858_1 The .png files do nothing here
