Bug(s): Various issues when commenting

1. When commenting and clicking "submit", user is auto redirected to just that singular comment thread within the deal.

2. When reaching that new page, a comment box appears then disappears in about a second.

3. When deleting comment, user is rerouted to that particular deal's subforum (in the example video, it is /f/AccessoryDeals).

This is in addition to the "floating submit" bug in ticket # 102 (visible in screen cap I took).

Just came across another: When replying to a child comment, I get 2 reply boxes.

Another: When editing a comment, it redirects to a new page of just that comment.

Another: Replying to a root comment isn't working. It is showing up as a root. comment, plus the OP is not getting a notification that I replied to him (Bartman in this case)

Merged #118 - When I paste the URL (in this case for Palmetto State Armory), the title auto fills. I'd rather it be like reddit where it gives the option for "use suggested title" and not just auto fill.
