I get this on 5.5 but I'm using Arc (Chromium). The Ad isn't blocked, it's opened up in a new tab in a different space.

Edit: After posting my reply I went and downgraded to v5.0 and the issue has gone: https://github.com/TheRealJoelmatic/RemoveAdblockThing/releases/tag/v5.0
