Add Credits #2

We need Credits (that will be the name, it had 3 yes, 0 no votes).

Things that it should be able to buy (future issues?): -Badges next to names. -Glows (Red, green, blue, gold, purple) -sh_rave -'Disco light' (color-changing flashlight)? -'Bidding' on next map?
