Adding a new terminal which can be opened using the "e" key (to be changed)
Adding some events to display text on the terminal
Using commands to interact with the terminal
Adding states to the main branch to switch to the terminal and then go back to the main game
Adding a fix for windows dynamic compilation

It is a skeleton for the rest of the project. Some functionalities still require polishing.
