Rename X-UID to X-Request-ID #3

In the current release, the UidResponseListener add a header X-UID to all responses : it seems that this header can have another meaning like "user id".

I think we should move to "X-Request-ID" like Heroku : https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/http-request-id
