Improved the functionality of the animal farmer, puts items away asks for tools uses durability walks slower. Assigning people just so that there is someone looking over my shoulder making sure i am not doing anything dumb and see the ways i try to do things

This was only supposed to have the animal farmer logic but has the fisherman logic as well,
