Updated to 1.16.5 forge and now on official mojang mappings #90

updated forge to latest forge version. also changed the mappings to work on the official mojang released ones, there is gray area about the redistribution of these mappings that still needs clarification, but i don't think anything is wrong with using them. i can't link the license if you want to have a look at it
