Amend the welcome email text to be GDPR compliant #269

This is the email that is sent to a new user when the user is created by an admin.

Text to be changed to the following:

Hi,

This is an automatic email to let you know that on your request we have just created an account for you on the Fixometer.

Please click on this link to set your password: https://community.therestartproject.org/user/reset/?recovery=6a79.......

If the link doesn't work, please copy and paste it in the address bar of your browser. The link will be active for the next 24 hours.

If you have any issues, please contact community@therestartproject.org.

Through the Fixometer, we keep your name and email, and data on your activity on the platform as long as you remain a user. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time and we’ll never share your details with anyone else without your consent. You can also read our full privacy policy on The Restart Project website [link].
