@bradleyflood If it's possible to make it private then we should. Good thinking.
I'm thinking this entire repository should be private. I can't think of any great benefit of having it public? We can simply add in people who are interested (and technically able to benefit from it) on a case by case basis. Thoughts?
Ok lame it's $25 US a month just to go private for an organisation. Not a lot but not cheap either. I guess we just make the contact data private instead.
Currently the json data file with all the contact information for the pastors and fellowships is public here on this repository. I'm not 100% comfortable with that. Though the information is publicly available through the website I think publishing the raw json data makes all that information too easily accessible and could be used maliciously. Scraping details from a website is hard, or pulling apart source code. But grabbing a big json dump file from our repo here is very easy for someone with ill intentions.
On the other hand, having it public means it's open to any good intending developers to use. However I would think such developers should be going through appropriate channels to obtain this information privately anyway.
