Rename pid/PID into dataset in Roddy #107

Also consider that these identifiers are used as parameters to jobs. Maybe there should always be a dataset and DATASET identifier, but COWorkflowsBasePlugin copies their values into pid/PID.

Within Roddy it should be dataset/DATASET. It is so, that custom Runtime Services should be used to extend it for additional values. I think this should already be in in some way. But we can improve it.
