Just wanted to get in touch as I don't seem to be getting the daily emails with translation requests. I checked my subscription and everything looks fine. I've checked my spam folder also and the emails aren't going there either.

Is there anything you could perhaps do from your end to find out why I don't seem to be receiving the emails anymore?

Could you check if all is fine with her account?

This is one of those strange situations where in the database we have "2015-04-20 19:10:11" as the timestamp of the last task-stream notification email sent to her, but the backend's output log does not seem to have any record of sending emails to this user. I am checking the other causes now.

This seems to be due to an error with the email server. The emails for this user seem to fail with Error code 451. Unfortunately, I am not a SMTP expert so trying to get help from CSIS,UL Network Admin to further investigate. I have restarted the mail server and set the login interval to daily instead of weekly. So hopefully by tomorrow we'll have more information to debug.
