New Dwarfs Option #424

When new Dwarfs arrive if possible have the option to have them all listed in 
seperate group from other dwarfs with a title of new and only thing they have 
open as hauling so that when get big migrant groups it easier to organise them 
in to the groups you want

Is this different from grouping by migrant wave (which now (34.10) works 
again)? 

By setting [SET_LABOR_LISTS:NO] in data/init/d_init.txt new migrants have only 
hauling and recover wounded / feed prisoners enabled. Is that different from 
what you want?
