What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
stating dwarf brewing drink, instead showing bringing crutch

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.12

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-
game.

windows 7 seems to matter you might want to chek a few other issues like 482, 
480 and above
Is there a difference between 64 and 32 bit users, i am still looking
