added birdlogo in read me #82

I put them at the bottom hopefully they work if not here's the svg file Chirp_Bird_10_21

@Dianesaur can you upload the logo file itself to the git repo? Use the Add File button on your branch. Also, let's remove it from readme for now. Might need to modify the size a little before putting it in the readme so it doesn't look out of place. Thank you!
