So idk what to write in a resolution for this since the dollar amount needed is unknown and the list of members is unknown. What I think would make most sense is for the MicroGrid group to meet and draft such a resolution for consideration by the board. Thoughts?

Per section 7:2 of the bylaws,

2. Advisory Committees a. The organization shall have such other committees as may from time to time be designated by resolution of the board of directors. These committees may consist of persons who are not also members of the board and shall act in an advisory capacity to the board.

We need a resolution that makes the committee. The committee is run by the 4 people listed above who may enlist volunteers help, request funds from the board, and operate the committee as they see fit so long as their actions work toward the advancement of their goal, which is to create Microgrid -- a (blah blah blah describe microgrid).
