Bounty Board #5

We need to create a bounty board and the flow developers need to follow to claim a bounty.

[x] Swag store running
[x] Page on website for BOINC development fund
[x] Donation method ready
[x] Wireframe for process
[x] Short list of bounties we're thinking of adding to the board

A few questions:

When people donate through a bounty page do they donate to that specific bounty or is the donation to the organization which then allocates the donation to a bounty of its choice?

Does the organization collect a percentage from the donations to the bounties?

We've decided that for at least the first 2 bounties we host, no percentage will be taken for operation expenses.

Do we want an equivalency board for donors: your $X funded x lines of code, Y other things?

@makeasnek is making bounty issues on our own repo and linking them to BOINC repo so we can clean up the bountysource board
