I'm wondering how I could create a metabolic model for an annotated genome?

rast-create-genome --scientific-name "Ochrobactrum sp." --genetic-code 11 --domain Bacteria --contigs /home/jo/rast/MYb71.fasta > out.gto
rast-process-genome < out.gto > out.gto2
fba-buildfbamodel out.gto2

Model generation failed!

How could I get this work?

I'm checking with the modeling folks. I'm not sure if the model servers that this distribution point at are operational or not.
