First, thanks to the creator of this program. It's very useful.

I would like to request an ption to decrease the pop-up time of the tab that 
appears when you hover over the Winamp icon in taskbar.

I would like to set it to be a bit more faster to appear upon hovering.

I won't have my plug-in set this, because it's Windows-global, so it will 
affect everything else. However, you can set it yourself with some 
registry-fiddling:

Is it possible to set the plugin to have its own specific hover time in 
Windows, separate from the other programs?
