Crash on start. #357

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Immediately after I launch, comes out with an error; "Unable to Initialize 
Windows 7 Taskbar interface"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Winamp not even able to play a song. 

What version of Winamp are you using?
5.623
What plugin version?
2.0 
On what operating system?
Windows 7 64 bit.

Currently having this problem as well.
Running Winamp 5.63 with plugin v2.

Reverting to the original explorerframe.dll solves it for me.

Try running 'sfc /scannow' in an admin command prompt.
(Note: It will undo any modded start orb and navigation buttons.)
