Need help with Oxygen #22

Hi Sorry to bother you. Is it possible to help us guys using Oxygen (Mi Max 2) on the audio issues? There is an echo in calls. The volume hardware keys do not increase or decrease the volumes even the headphones keys does not increase or decrease the volume during a call.
