Audioplayer component missing bulk of transcript text #1759

There seems to be an issue with transcripts on records featuring an audioplayer component, where only the first part of the transcript text is returned on the enhancement block - example record

This is probably due to a character limit in the index, which needs to be investigated. This would be good to get working fully for accessiblity purposes, and perhaps at that point the component could be reviewed to see if it is fit for purpose/up to date and standards?

Note that as far as i've seen, only the record linked to above has a transcript, and apparently there are no further plans for oral history recordings to be made or uploaded to the CO site, but existing content could have transcripts made if felt beneficial
