Currently, we have various descriptionBox's shown if a particular filter is active. This uses the same design, but can be shown if the Topics tab is active (but probably not if extra filters are applied? By then, you're in advanced search mode...)
Having written this out, I can now see it would be easy enough for me to add in create-description-box.js

I see that image has been used elsewhere to represent the collection, and i think it works here, but open to alternative sugestions!
