prepare for hackathon #337

[x] create API endpoint to calculate similarity/distance between two points
[x] create tabular dataset with key metadata, 2d coordinates, 3d coordinates
- [x] produce 3d embeddings for joint SMG and V&A data
- [x] combine
[x] add URL normalisation to APIs
[x] deploy distance API ~- [ ] create Python SPARQL query template~
[x] prepare brief intro to different APIs and data ~- [ ] ensure there is suitable error handling for missing entities in the KG~

issues to clear up

[ ] missing data in the dump e.g. Stephenson's Rocket. Rocket seems to be in there -> are there others missing?
