Improve documentation of Check.check #11

Give an inline example of how to create a Seed--I think that should be included in the example.

Thanks. This makes a lot of sense. I guess that random generation is not that commonly used so I shouldn't assume people know how to use the core random library. I'll make a note of this and maybe give more examples to that effect.
