IO runner #24

Hello,

I've just finished elm-check-io package. It provides Check.Runner.IO module to display Evidence values using command-line interface.

If you're interested I can remove my package and merge it in to yours one, so cli-runner could be available for all users of elm-check. At least, it would be helpful to mention this package in your README file.

What do you think about it?
