whenever the list of members of a group changes, a new key needs to be generated
we should make sure that the last message in the conversation is the information for the kicked members encrypted with the old key

every group is saved in the DHT under it's hash's location (parallel to users so to say). Since every user that sends a message to the groups does this under the domain of his own location, the domain of the group's hash is free. This is the place where we store "management information" like the group's global name and the different crypto keys.
