Picking up ammo canisters sometimes does not notify or play sound effect #121

This must be why I thought your ammo code was bugged before. It seems if you spam ammo canisters with +use, sometimes when you pick them up it doesn't play the sound or notify you.

This is probably duplicate of #107. Some items just have too high entity number so they are not properly recognized by client.
