Folia support #62

Please consider adding Folia support. https://github.com/PaperMC/Folia

No other head database plugins currently supports it. Would be much appreciated!

According to me plugin should work without problems. Problems would arise in the case of modifying blocks in the world or some extensive use of NMS, which this plugin does not do. So the only thing that could be improved is to add a folia (or what it is using) yml file to the plugin and that would make folia think it's a folia plugin.
