Different result in different websites/stores #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create different websites and stores 
2. Install roughly 3000 products attached to all stores

What is the expected output?
- The same search result in all stores
What do you see instead?
- Very different results. The same word gives 11 hits in one store and 458 hits 
in another.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Centos 6
Magento 1.6.2
magento-community-edition-solr 1.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Enable Search = On
Enable Index = On
Search limit = 2000
All Indexed documents were deleted (and confirmed deleted) before new indexing
