meaning if i only have projecte disable all of the other nonsence

I can give it a try. I may be able to for the bees but not sure about items. No guarantee. If I do it will be available in the next release. I also suggest looking at the stages mods (I think that is what they are called). They lock mods and part of mods (I think) behind meeting requirements in game. Could create an un-achievable requirement for that purpose. Just an idea.
