Elicit requirements linked to pyduck database needs

Description

As a pyduck developer, I recognize that my idea for pyduck is founded on a database that's linked together in a way that's more complex than a single spreadsheet allows, and that is impractical for just Python. To lead me toward a long-term database solution (not just something quick-and-dirty), I'd like to define what I'd like pyduck to do.

2023-03-25 & 2023-04-01 - been looking through Pokemon Showdown Github and also some of the pinned GitHub Repos from Smogon's Technical Projects forum

Ticket on hiatus for now...I discovered that pokemon-showdown has an API accessible via Node.js, so I'm trying to understand how to use that.

I want to mention that I've been working on eliciting requirements generally for this application...I'll capture this eventually, maybe when I flesh out those requirements more.
