Connection configuration under a single js file #4

Currently the configuration of thesocialdigits api is in every template file. The configuration should be located in a seperate configuration file that is only loaded once

Now works. The configuration js file is called config.thesocialdigits.js - it retrieves the settings from a new controller called configurationcontroller.
