Image Transparency on Example and Mark as Unpublished Tools #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View PowerTools Tab
2. Hover over the "Example Power Tool" and "Mark as Unpublished" icons
3. The white (#FFF) background is visible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The background color of the CME GUI should show through.

Please provide any additional information below.
Fix is likely selecting the white are and "deleting" the white pixels followed 
by a check-in.

I can update, but can be a good ticket for any of our functional / design team 
members.

Removed these tools from the release, so I'm closing this issue.
