We need a project to hold the tests as well as a framework that will allow us 
to test both the server and client side code effectively.

Hi Peter,

I'd be willing to help out with this issue. I have a lot of experience with 
NUnit/JUnit and little bit for the client side with Selenium, QUnit and 
PhantomJS/CasperJS.
