Uninstall Error #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install one tool using the installer, I used Help.
2. Go to Control Panel and uninstall PowerTools
3. See the following pop-up error.

Error 1001. Exception occurred while initializing the installation: 
System.lO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load tile or assembly
file:///C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Files  or one of its dependencies. The system 
cannot find the file specified.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tools should uninstall.

After trying a repair, I was able to uninstall the tools. This might be 
specific to my environment, we'll need more test environments.

Alvin. It's probably useful to know whether this is on a 64 bit server or 32 
bit.

Installer since been upgraded, this doesn't apply anymore.
