Current:

GIVEN that I have permission AND I possess a hearthstone with no active cooldown WHEN I use the hearthstone on a slab THEN I receive a "Must be grounded" error
Expected:

GIVEN that I have permissions AND I possess a hearthstone with no active cooldown WHEN I use the hearthstone on a slab THEN I see the teleport countdown start

Issue related to isPlayerNotGrounded method in HearthstoneHelper.java
