[Feature] Create Obico UI plugin to view Obico spaghetti status and change settings from a tab within Octopring #176

Currently I end up having to keep two browser tabs (or two mobile apps) open

It would simplify 3D printing monitoring if the Obico UI could be embedded in a tab in OctoPrint (similar to Octolapse). This could either be done as part of the current Obico plugin or as an optional companion Obico UI plugin.

The UI could start as bare minimum -- just displaying the current status of the spaghetti detector (using a similar gauge to the current UI) and allowing the ability to turn on/off the detection.

Displaying the video stream and displaying parameters such as tool & bed temperature and time remaining would not be necessary as they are available elsewhere in the standard Octoprint UI.

It would be great if "settings" and add/edit printer could also be available from within an Obico/Octoprint UI tab but not strictly necessary since these changes are less frequent and could always be done in the standalone Obico tab/app.

Thanks!

I would be happy for just a on/off detection button in octoprint.
