[BUG] App does not let you select Not a Failure option

Describe the bug Failure notification comes in, open the app, cannot select "not a failure" as option never populates, must open web browser to select it. Without doing this, you will not get notified of a real failure. Makes app pretty much useless, just open the web browser instead.

To Reproduce Android app, latest update, hasnt worked for a few revisions of the app. Set up a print, let it run, throw some spaghetti on the plate, get a notification, cant tell it not a failure in the app.

Hosting environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Octoprint
• Version 0.18
• Hardware Prusa printers, ender printers, doesnt matter. Tried samsung fold 3, google pixel 2, and samsung tablet 7.
