A few months ago i tested a bunch of campsite apps, this information should be fact-checked, reformatted for clarity and published:

TruckFly Aimed at truckers, some spots have info about shower availability ⭐️⭐️⭐️
iOverlander Many spots have last update and comments from 2019, but looks useful. Has laundromats and showers marked. Works offline! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Park4Night Offline mode is paid feature. Laundromat and shower locations. Lots of locations but pretty much requires subscription to be useful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
SearchForSites Works offline. Shower and laundromat availability marked. Very few spots marked for baltic states. Content and comments are from 2022. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
StayFree 13 EUR/year, no shared spots, basically Google MyMaps style app ⭐️
CamperNight Very few spots, basically not worth checking. Also wants paid subscription ⭐️⭐️
CamperContact No free version, UI is horrible ⭐️
