Add newline to build.yml #193

Reasons for making this change

It's good to end with a newline, right?

@hs4man21 I checked this out on the other .yml files and they do not end with a newline -- GitHub was giving me a warning earlier but feel free to close this pull request without merging if this is not the best convention for these types of files. @epicfaace curious if you know anything about this too.

I'm not sure it really matters unless we use some kind of linting tool that enforces newlines at the end of files. Feel free to merge though.
