Energy damage dealt to ships with very low amounts of powerplant energy left fully replenishes energy instead

I'm not entirely sure what the exact trigger is, but reproduction steps are pretty much:

• Drain your powerplant energy as much as you can
• Get hit by an energy-damage-dealing munition
• With a little luck, your energy is now full again.
