New Wave Defence Plugin #357

This plugin will spawn wave of enemies against the players and reward after each round. Think Call of Duty Zombies or SpecOps.

This uses IPC and the NPC Control plugin.

I'm still working on this but thought I'd open a draft PR for questions / comments.
