It would be extremely helpful to have a helper function that allows a developer to adjust reputation in-line with empathy.ini.
FL:SR have done something similar here, where they load in empathy.ini on load to get the values: https://github.com/Freelancer-Sirius-Revival/FLSR-Hook/blob/main/2.0/plugins/flsr_plugin/GroupRep.cpp#L18
