Change the name of "Chemically Inert PTFE Casing" to add a common term between it and the other PTFE items #467

Currently there is no way to search for both the "Chemically Inert PTFE Casing" and all other Polytetrafluoroethylene items by search a common material term. I suggest changing the name of the Casing to "Polytetrafluoroethylene Casing" or replacing all other Polytetrafluoroethylene names with the PTFE acronym to make it easier to search in REI and AE2.

In Gregtech, all PTFE materials are labeled with both their full name and acronym. So an ingot of PTFE would be named "Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Ingot"

Interesting. I was wondering if it was an issue with names being too long or if there were such a limit
