Some of cooking recipes in Pineapple Delight are broken, I've put in the ingredients as shown in REI, but it doesn't craft, it seems those recipes contain non-existent ingredients, because some empty slots lights up when mouse hover upon them, as if there was an item in there.
Same for Create compatible recipes
