Prayer - Ignores lack of magic lvl requirement (Re-animating Ensouled Heads) #108

I had a ton of ensouled dragon heads in my bank but not the magic level (90 - master) for it. I thought I'd get to my prayer level goal (which the plugin said) but no, back to killing blue drags it is (for some dragonbone meals). xd

This plugin doesn't currently support the ability to check other skill levels for a specified activity. Doing this would require an overhaul of the plugin and I'm unfortunately pretty busy IRL. I don't forsee myself adding this anytime soon but if someone else finds a good way to implement this I would merge it.
